I didn't write this but it is my sentiment exactly. I heard one Illinois senator saying we can't afford the tests. In my mind we can't afford not to test. One positive test would cover the cost of hundreds of other tests as well as weed out those simply milking the system for all they can get. Help those truly needy? Of course, but we can't play the fool with our limited tax dollars as now seems to be the case. Ken Dillenburg
