Since no one knows at this point the election outcome I would like to make a suggestion to those who have been on the “other side” from the Pride during our recent struggle in Candlewick. Why not give the newly formed board and manager some information to consider?
It would appear from some prior statements some have been disillusioned and feel they were unfairly treated either by the board or management. I would suggest those with that perception present to the board the rules and/or procedures they feel are unfair. It would not be necessary to give specific names or instances, simply generalities indicating the areas that should be looked at for improvement, then give the board and management some time to digest the information and respond appropriately. There may be some areas in which there should be changes or at least modifications.
There will never be a better time to do this than with the changeover. Hopefully this type action can facilitate the calmer environment in CWL we all desire. Just for your consideration.
