Tonight, Tuesday March 22, will be the board of directors meeting. Without a quorum last Sunday the old board will still be seated. A second mailing of proxies will be sent to property owners within the next couple days. Our association cannot move forward with the new board without the return of proxies plus the extra mailing and printing cost will cut into any possible dues credit for the next fiscal year. Any who have not dropped off their proxies at the office please do so to avoid further cost to your association. It is your money.
You can expect the unofficial report of tonight’s meeting to be posted here as usual for those unable to attend. The meeting will be held at the rec center starting at 6:30 P.M. I hope to see you there to support our board.
March third I posted the lake almost without fail clears of ice between March 20 and 23. This year it was true to form and the lake cleared completely March 21. Why this happens regardless of the ice thickness or how cold the winter I have no idea but it is almost like clockwork.
