The finalized mailing date for both the ballots for the board election and the incorporation issue will be February 10th so expect them shortly thereafter. As has been stated here many times in the past, legal fee expenditures on the incorporation issue will be significant, count on it. Think about the many thousands spent on legal fees for the CC&Rs and By-Laws and they are still not close to ready. Keep our community gated and private for all our enjoyment.
We ask you to send in your ballots on the incorporation issue right away and send the message with a strong NO indicated on your ballot. These will continue to be mailed for three tries to obtain votes and this also is an unnecessary expense. Let's concentrate on maintaining our assets and hold down spending on this terrible idea.
