The graph posted small but I think you will get the idea.The smaller graph on the right side is the municipal bond values over the last three weeks falling off a cliff.
I am one of the nuts that follow this stuff and you can see what the buyers think of municipal bonds, indicating the perceived stability of the issuers. Just one more thing to consider when deciding if becoming a city and adding more government is a good idea.
You get the picture. Becoming a city we would be like a bug looking for a windshield.
Be sure to answer the question on incorporation with a big NO! when it comes in the mail in mid February and tell the board you are through seeing your hard earned money wasted on legal fees.
