Unofficial minutes of the Board of Director's meeting 6-21-2011

Open Forum: There was a discussion of how we can identify guest boats and illegal boats. Some suggestions were made and it was decided that they would take it back to Public Safety and come up with a solution.

General Manager’s Report: Tracy stated that we will take over the Rec. Center on July 1. They will have the wireless computer system installed so everything can work together.

Road ADHOC: This week the committee will be traveling to Lisle to witness a full depth reclamation road project in progress. The road construction will begin in 2012.

Recreation Center: Sherri is checking into installing a healthy drink machine at the Rec. Center. Employees will pay for their membership to the Health Club but if they use the facilities 4 times a month they will get a refund. Healthier employees help on sick time and insurance costs.

Legal Committee: The members are Don Parisi, Ken Dillenburg, Bonnie Marron, Randy Budreau and Greg Waite.

Aqua Illinois: Don asked for any one to join that is upset with their water bill, they need more members to help with their mission.

Proposed Document Changes/Procedures: They are still waiting for Illinois government to pass their bills before we can go ahead with the CC&R’s and By-Laws.

Incorporation Survey: The deadline is July 2 for the ballots. So far they have a total of 1,343 ballots returned. The will use the same process as they us for an election to do the count.

Restaurant Update: The restaurant hopes to be up and running next week. They did receive their liquor license.

Kiosks DVD Rental Machine: This was tabled until August per Jodi Brown request.

Associate Members Fees: This will go into effect on July 1.

Board Candidate Selection: Five people have sent in their resume. They will do the interview process on June 28th.

Kids Clothing Exchange: It was approved that Jodi Brown would have a kids clothing exchange this fall in conjunction with the Candlewick garage sales.

Code of Conduct: A Code of Conduct was passed for all meetings.
