The Dockside Grill was scheduled to open some weeks ago but as you know it has been delayed. There was repainting, rearranging, equipment inventories, lease signing, and the like but everything was going fine until….
The government paperwork came into play. As soon as a government agency is involved it is like throwing out an anchor. All that matters is their timetable. Things are progressing and the Grill will be opening soon but nothing can move until that final piece of paper is in the lessee’s hands. All I can say is continue to be patient. It will happen.
