The date has been set for the survey counting. July 12 at 1p.m. is the date and time. The counting process will be similar to the method used for the board ballot count with teams counting then verifying the count. The double count eliminates any question of error.
I am told there were a little over 1300 surveys received for counting so the return is over 50%. That is quite a few returns but it took three costly mailings to get that number. The process is open to observation by the public and it will be held in the rec center.
