Today was the board retreat when the members get together just to get to know one another, discuss what the goals and perceived challenges will be for this term, and with the general manager’s input make plans for efficient operation of our association.
I believe this is a good group of individuals with the best interests of the property owners being of utmost importance. There will as always be some bumps in the road and disagreements during the coming year but you can count on all of us to do our very best to achieve a smooth, efficiently running community while keeping the economic realities in the forefront of our thinking in decisions to be made.
Rest assured we will all do our best for you in this all important position of trust to which we have been elected.
