New Programs Starting

Karate

Children and adults alike can benefit from Karate training.  You will learn self defense techniques, flexibility and how to move with speed and power.  Participants will gain leadership abilities and develop the “Yes I Can” attitude!

New session begins: October 3rd
Wednesday & Friday classes  5:30-6:30 p.m.
Cost:
Single participant: once weekly $30.00/month or twice weekly $50.00/month
Family (2 participants): once weekly/$55.00 or twice weekly/$90.00 month.



Play Time/Social Time

A playgroup can help children develop social skills, gain independence and build self-confidence.  It will also give you a chance to meet and learn from other parents-all adding up to newfound friendships in a fun and healthy environment.  Children can run and play in the gym, make fun craft projects and end the morning with juice and a snack.

Thursday Mornings   10:30-11:30 a.m.
Playgroup begins: October 25th
Cost: $2.00/day


Line Dancing

Line dancing is an easy way to have fun while you exercise your body and your mind. This class is suited to all levels of experience.  It’s a great place for those who don’t want to dance in public.  It is suggested that you bring a water bottle and wear smooth- sole, closed toe shoes to class.

Archery
In this class you will learn the eleven steps to archery success including: range set up, safety, equipment, proper technique, and a dominant eye.  Archery is a great way to boost mental & physical health and fitness.

No equipment needed.  Ages 8 and older
New session begins: November 1st.
Classes are Thursdays and Saturdays

Open Shoot: Thurs. 5:00-6:00 p.m./ Sat. 10:45-11:45 a.m.
Beginners: Thurs. 6:00-7:00 p.m./ Sat. 9:30-10:30 a.m.

Tot’s Triathlon
Boys and girls ages 4, 5 & 6 learn the basic skills of T-Ball, Basketball and Soccer in this one-hour instructional class.  A parent/adult must participate in class with their child. All classes are held on Saturdays in the gym.
Start Date:
Basketball: Nov 3, 10, 17 & Dec 1
Children need their own small size basketball
Class time: 12:30-1:30 p.m.

Soccer: Dec 15, 22, 29 & Jan 5
Children need their own size 3 or 4 soccer ball
Class Time: TBA

T-Ball: Jan 19, 26, Feb 2 & 9
Children need their own baseball glove
Class time: TBA

Cost: $60.00 / All 3 classes or $20.00 per class




Morning Zumba Fitness

Are you ready to party yourself into shape? That’s exactly what the Zumba program is all about.  It’s an exhilarating, effective, easy to follow, Latin inspired, calorie burning dance fitness party that’s moving millions of people toward joy and health.

Fit for Seniors

Keep healthy and young at heart with our Fit for Seniors Fitness Group!


You’ll have fun through a variety of exercises that will help increase your flexibility, muscle strength, help improve your range of motion and is gentle on your joints.  All exercises can be modified for each individual. In class you will use hand held weights, resistant bands and low impact cardio movements.  Participants can use a chair for seated and/or standing support.
