The general manager and office staff have had a lot on their plates lately working on the AQUA rate increase filing, changing to a self-run recreation center rather than using the “Y” for programming, the new flood plain designation that will affect lakefront property owners, and the new chief of public safety training, as well as their normal duties including customer service, accounting, and general management of the association and it’s issues.
I believe all have a right to know the office is still also being inundated with document requests from the same people that have been submitting requests in the past. Some of the current requests go back about a year and are quite detailed. Not just anyone knows how to access all these documents so specific office staff are using their time putting the documents together. Legally the requests can be made but is this really necessary? You be the judge.
