I spoke with Beth Bosch today and she indicated objections may be filed with the ICC regarding the rate increase request up until the day of the ruling, which could be eleven months away. The case is so new there is not even a docket number yet so we have plenty of time to respond but in my opinion it should be handled soon to show our resolve in this matter.
The board will be discussing this as I indicated in a prior post but frankly the most effective action will be an outpouring of filed objections from the property owners individually. The board can represent you but AQUA is a private company and the ICC will take note of the board objection probably as an objection of no more importance than the others filed by P.O.s.
