Board Workshop and Special Board Meeting

There is a Board of Directors Workshop scheduled for Monday, September 26 at 5:30pm at the Rec Center followed by a special Board meeting. The workshop is to discuss the draft version of the new CC&Rs. The special Board meeting is to vote on 11-R-18 (renting a kettle for heating the tar for crack sealing on the roads) which was brought up at the Board meeting on September 20. It was tabled in order to investigate the possibility of buying a kettle . Due to the high cost of purchasing it is suggested that we pass the resolution to rent.
