Vacant lots dues and assessments

Times are tough, we all get that. That being said, we must not allow some property owners to simply ignore their statements and not pay their dues and assessments. In the past there have been attempts made to collect but not a solid concerted effort to take action. This is now changing.

There are simply too many lot owners who are in arrears and do not respond to letters of payment request. We are now turning over the collection process to our new attorney to use all available legal means to obtain the funds that are due to you, the property owner. The vacant lots will no longer be on the back burner so to speak, but a priority along with other sources of revenue. You pay your dues, so should they.

Some may say we shouldn’t spend money on legal fees. I am one to spend nothing unnecessarily but I’ll tell you folks, to me this is an investment necessary to have them pay their fair share so you don’t have to make up the difference. We intend to be aggressive on your behalf to do all possible to stop this in it’s tracks.
