For the last couple meetings we have had two newly appointed board members. There have also been splits on board votes during the board meetings. This is a very good thing. The action of split votes proves these new appointees as well as the rest of the board are not the type to just follow the herd. I for one am very glad to see we have independent thinkers. That is the purpose of a board run system, diversity of thought to obtain the best outcome for the property owners. Both new members in my opinion have already shown they intend to work for you to the best of their abilities. What more could anyone ask?
