WHY IS GEORGE SMILING?
He is mailing his ballot supporting the legally necessary changes to Candlewick’s CC&Rs. He also is taking part in determining the future of his community by placing his vote regarding the options outlined on the second ballot.
George knows he is lowering dues expenditures by saving Candlewick the extra cost of future mailings. George also knows ballots can be dropped off at the office, the rec center, or mailed.
