Are You a Snow Bird? As the fall season is upon us and winter will soon be
here, many property owners go to areas where the weather
is warmer for the winter. If you are a “snow bird” please
notify the Administration Office of your winter address.
When the Association does bulk mailings and we don’t
have your current address we end up paying postage three
times to send one envelope to you because of the regulations
associated with bulk mailing rates. If you have your mail
forwarded, the post office will only forward first class mail.
Bulk mail is returned to us at a cost of 2.47 times the first
class rate. Our system allows for an alternate address that
we can put in and remove each year. Please take a few moments
to either stop in or contact the Administration Office
at 815-765-2827 ext. 200 to give us your alternate address.
