Anyone who reads the Pride Group’s blog knows the ballot for the CC&R restatement must be passed. Probably everyone reading this has sent in their ballots to keep our association from spending any more money on labor and postage. Those who chose not to send theirs in have now received letter number two with the ballots asking for their return. Please, if you have not mailed yours in, do so and stop more of your dues money being spent on this. We are so close…..much closer than most thought we would be after the first ballot. Let’s bring it home and move on.
